BLHS receives U.S. News & World Report Award

Batesburg-Leesville High School was recently named as a bronze award winner in U.S. News and World Report ‘s “2015 Best High Schools.” In the 2015 U.S. News Best High Schools rankings, there were three South Carolina schools with gold medals – Academic Magnet High, Governor’s School for the Arts & Humanities, and Charleston County School of the Arts. Fourteen high schools received silver medals – Eastside High, Nations Ford High, Dutch Fork High, Dreher High, Socastee High, Bluffton High, Wade Hampton High, T.L. Hanna High, Woodruff High, D. W. Daniel High, Aiken High, Greenville Senior High Academy, Aynor High and Pendleton High. Forty-three other South Carolina high schools, including Batesburg-Leesville High, received bronze medals.
