Batesburg-Leesville High School senior, Ryan Duvall, was crowned as the 2015 Mr. B-L on Saturday night. Ryan is the son of Barry and Kim Duvall. Duvall was selected from a field of thirteen contestants. Other winners included: Wells Hallman, son of Todd and Sadie Hallman, as Mr. Freshman; Josh Scruggs, son of Joey and Jennifer Scruggs, as Mr. Sophomore; Jaylen Rauch, son of Janice Cannon, as Mr. Junior; Jordan Eidson, son of Rod and Kristi Edison, as Mr. Senior; and Hunter Rauton, son of Brian and Kim Rauton, as Mr. Congeniality. Wells Hallman and Jaylen Rauch were also selected as the talent winners.
The contestants were judged on talent, formal wear and on-stage question by judges Dr. Randall Gary, Jay Hendrix and Denise Cato.
The Mr. B-L Pageant is sponsored annually by the Batesburg-Leesville High School Beta Club as a fund raising event. Sadie Hallman and Kelly Price serve as sponsors for the B-L High Beta Club.
