Betty Jane Hall

Leesville-Funeral service for Betty Jane Hall, 80, will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel.  Burial will follow in Ridge Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Providence Baptist Church, or to the charity of one’s choice.

Mrs. Hall passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at the Agape Hospice House of Lexington surrounded by her family.  Betty Jane was born in Leesville, on September 11, 1936, to the late Fannie Asbill Miller and Boyd Miller.  She retired from Wagener Manufacturing and following her retirement she loved to garden and tend to her flowers.  She was a member of Providence Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and the GA’s for a number of years.

She was married to her loving husband, Robert  “Bobby” B. Hall for 59 1/2 years and also surviving are a son, Robert “Robby” Hall, sisters, Brenda (Wyman) Gunter, Carolyn (Joe) Frye, Darlene (Ricky) Holcombe, and brothers, Winston (Connie), Gerald, Bobby Lee, and Larry (Odell) Miller. She was predeceased by a son, Steve Q. Hall, sister, Linda Ann, and brothers, Levy (Red), Roosevelt (Man), Paul (Roebuck), and Charles Miller. The family would like to thank Lexington County EMS, LMC 4 South, nurses and staff at Agape Hospice House of Lexington for their wonderful care and compassion.
