Detectives seek identify of burglary subject and vehicle



Lexington, S.C. (April 17, 2017) – The Lexington Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual involved in a recent burglary at the Rainbow Gas Garden in Lexington, South Carolina along with a vehicle seen driving to and from the incident location.

At approximately 3:00 a.m. on Monday, April 17, 2017, an unknown white male broke into the Rainbow Gas Garden through the glass front door.  Once inside the business, the subject took twelve cartons of Newport cigarettes before exiting the building.  The male subject came and left in a black unknown make and model sedan.

The white male involved in this burglary was described as wearing a red t-shirt under a black hooded zip-up sweatshirt, blue jeans, black ski mask, and purple gloves.
